Who wants natural support for your body this winter and spring season?

I've been using herbs, oils, and natural remedies for over eight years now and here are the must-haves I can't do without!

COCONUT OIL It's a great carrier oil for my essential oils, plus soothing, antibacterial, great for oil pulling and teeth health, diaper rash, breastfeeding support, and sooo many more!

RAW HONEY

Antibacterial + immune boosting, plus moisturizing and even great for minor burns. It's also soothing for sore throats and a great cough suppressant.

CLAY

Super cleansing and detoxifying, good for teeth and can help calm an upset stomach.

ALOE VERA

Great for minor burns, bites, eczema, and rashes. I also use this when making my own DIY sprays with essential oils.

EPSOM SALT

Perfect for sore muscles, body aches, sprains, and physical stress. Use with a long soak in the tub combined with the right essential oils. Detoxifying and a good source of magnesium.

APPLE CIDER VINEGAR

Drinking apple cider vinegar everyday can promote good immune system and digestive health. It can also be used to treat a wide variety of common ailments.

WITCH HAZEL

A great skin support, especially when coupled with essential oils.

ELDERBERRY SYRUP

Antibacterial, antiviral, antifungal, high in antioxidants, and vitamins A, B and C. This is for sure a must have for flus and colds! Haven't made it before? Come get my fav recipe on my facebook page - Raw Roots Wellness

OMEGA SUPPLEMENT (Vitamin D) More than just a supplement in times of need, this power vitamin (really a hormone precursor) can often reduce your risk of getting sick in the first place when taken properly.

I hope this helps you upgrade your wellness lifestyle!
